'I liked the easy, remote check in process and the ability to chat/text with Sonder. Location was great—easy walk to grand central terminal and Madison ave/5th ave buses. Apartment was a good size, with room for three in our party. From the picture I thought the bathroom was off the bedroom, which I thought would be awkward, but the entrance to bathroom was in its own space, making it much easier for three people to share without disturbing each other. 'The best part about the property is the location and its proximity to Times Square and yet being far enough so that you can get some peaceful sleep. The amenities are great and it is pretty decently spacious as per NY standards. The furniture and floors are wooden and do creak a bit but the living experience is great. '

'Nice amount of space, great location. Overall was great. The top floor/loft stairs are very steep and only having 1 key is annoying. Beyond that, it’s a great spot. Would definitely stay again'

'This is our 2nd stay at this condo. Love the ease of checking in at Trump Hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond. The service was excellent. This unit is located perfectly at Columbus circle with easy access to the subway and easy to walk to many attractions. We love the proximity to Central Park and the shops at Columbus circle. Unit is clean, comfortable, spacious and stunning views of the park and the city. '
