'The home was very clean, tastefully decorated and had a beautiful backyard. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked (the best of any rental we have ever stayed in). The host communicated very well and provided all the information we could ever need. We would gladly stay here again. '

The property itself was very quiet but was only one block off the main thoroughfare. Check-in was effortless and our hosts were very communicative, with great restaurant recommendations. 'My friend and I went on a beer, wine and distillery tasting tour from Texas Wine Tours where we were picked up & dropped off at the home in Harper which was only a 25 minute drive from Fredericksburg. We enjoyed the quietness and the Longhorn Cafe was within walking distance from the home. The home was really cozy, we enjoyed all the photos of the family's history and sitting out on the screened porch at night. I would go back because of it's proximity to Fredericksburg and it's not as busy.'

'We had the best time at this property. The house and bunk house are AMAZING. It gave us plenty of room to spread out and have some space. There wasn’t much water right in front of the house(which we knew) but there is a great swimming hole 50 yds away and another one the other direction. We will be back, we found our new place to stay every year. '
