'This was an amazing hotel to stay in Venice. The location is close to all the major attractions, restaurants, shopping. There's a cafe arund the corner for breakfest. Our room was grand, clean and stylish. We're a family of four, we stayed in the Girasole room, there was tons is space to stretch out. The stocked fridge and fruit was a great welcome. Anyone staying here must take a water taxi to the hotel! Great way to start and finish your trip. I'll definitely stay here again.'

We did not experience any problems. The views from our apartment were beautiful. I would recommend scheduling a private water taxi to avoid long walks. Personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, vooral bij het inchecken helpen ze en leggen ze bepaalde zaken goed uit. Lopen met je mee naar de kamer. De ligging van het hotel is top met alles goed op loopafstand, maar ook haltes voor de waterbus zijn dichtbij. Het enige nadeel wat ik kan bedenken is dat er naast het bed geen stopcontact was om de telefoon op te laden. De stopcontacten...

Very near the Guggenheim, and Academia museums, the Academia Bridge gives you easy acces to the Rialto bridge and San Marco Square. Personel was very friendly and the breakfast is a must do, lot's of choice and even some pie.

'Prachtig, eerder chique, hotel. Wel erg prijzige maaltijden als je er een tijdje blijft. Terwijl er ontzettend veel mogelijkheden zijn om te eten in de buurt is het ook wel eens leuk ter plaatse te eten. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Wel jammer dat er te weinig plaats was en je regelmatig in een rijtje mocht wachten en/of in de mooie keuken kon gaan eten.
Een uitstekende locatie, op wandelafstand van heel wat bezienswaardigheden en de boot net het hoekje om.
Een boottaxi kan je zelfs afzetten...

'It’s a quick water taxi to the apartment. Giacomo the friendly staff contacted me before we arrived with all information we needed. From the outside you’d never know how lovely it was inside. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated and everything we needed was included. It was away from the hustle and business of the grand canal area but still right in the center. '

"The location of the hotel is super, also the traditional decor is worthwhile, especially of the breakfast room.
There were some electricity problems in our room so we had to call for help several times. It was finally solved on the 2nd day.
Also, there was not such a fresh smell in the room.
The extra bed for our daughter was there but really hard, not so comfortable.
Still, we enjoyed our city trip in beautiful Venice!"

Het ontbijt ( welliswaar bij hun partner hotel) was van goede kwaliteit en ruime keuze.
De airco was zeer aangenaam met de warmte. Het enige nadeel van dit verblijf is dat het hotel geen bar heeft waar je in de avond even een drankje kan doen als afsluiting van de dag , of voordat men gaat slapen. Al met al is ons verblijf hier zeer prettig en aangenaam geweest !"
