Ala carte Mediterranean restaurant had beautiful views. Poolside ice creams enjoyable. Junior suite was spacious. Daily delivery of drinks to put in mini fridge appreciated. Check in/out was easy. Cons: no one serviced my room when asked (4 day stay). Commons areas were dirty (elevators, walls, doors, cloth seating). Room smelled strongly...

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

From Cancun to Playa del Carmen and Tulum. We managed to stay away from most tourist traps and have took advice from locals, and so we ended up at lesser known but beautiful cenotes and even a fair/ rodeo. 'All the staff were amazing! Isrreal at the coffee shop was super friendly and always smiling. Our ocean front suite was amazing! My only complaints would be the room did not have bathtub, room service is included but they want 10 dollar delivery fee, and no changing tables in kid pool bathroom. Very family friendly resort. If you want to taste any alcohol you have to ask for a double which we did not figure out until our last day. If you are looking for a 5 star resort I would say this is more...

'Very large, spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Easily accessible from the airport, making it ideal for a stopover while traveling through Mexico. For longer stays, there are perhaps better options nearby with access to beach facilities.'
