'So nice to stay in this historic hotel, which could be considered an attraction on it's own. We were amazed how clean everything was given the property's age. The location is great too, as the sun is always shining in Waimea (which can absolutely not be said from other places on the island). Some minor comments: the kitchen appliances need an update (let's say they were acceptable in the eighties). '

'Another great stay at Kauai Shores! I would recommend for families as well as honeymooners. Great location on the beach. The restaurant on site is great with other options nearby. We utilised the bikes on site to travel down the boardwalk. I can’t say enough about Th e service and laid back vibe of Kauai Shores, Mahalo!'

'Geweldig vriendelijk personeel. We waren laat met check-in, dus er was niemand meer aanwezig, maar ze hadden onze info op de deur van de receptie gehangen met een vriendelijk bericht. De ochtend erna tegelijk in- en uitchecken (we verbleven maar één nacht) was geen probleem.'

'We had a good stay at the Point. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and big enough. There is everything you need. The furniture looks outdated, but it have it's charms. The resort looks great and we enjoyed the pool. The kids loved it. The drinks at the pool are good and affordable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is central to visit al the known tourist sites.We enjoyed our stay and we recommend this resort.'
