'The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. We also loved the convenient location. '

'Lots of amenities and staff were very helpful with any questions. Hotel location was also great, very close to multiple stations- max about 10-15 minutes to Ueno station, ueno-hirokoji station being right around the corner etc. Plenty of food too including all the convenience stores- 7/11, family mart & lawson, with ameyoko market being nearby and nakamise shopping st just a few train stops away! I could go on and on but in a nutshell location is very good - you’d really like it!'

'BEWARE: newly bought presents disappeared from our room. Housekeeping, ofcourse, didn’t know anything. The hotel did not even compensate for the cost of it. Never experience theft from a hotel room before! Unfortunately a very bad experience with this hotel. The room was spacious, with a washingmachine. Beds are a little firm. Wi-Fi is really bad.
