Mooie binnen- en buitenruimten op een NO WAKE COVE op slechts enkele minuten van OPEN WATER
Kom en geniet van ons prachtige huis aan het meer. Het huis is goed ingericht met hoogwaardige meubels en complete keukenvoorzieningen voor uw dagelijkse behoeften. De Highland Lakes regio van Central Texas Hill Country biedt vele activiteiten die omvatten; een boot of jetski huren op het LBJ-meer van constant niveau, tochten door de wijngaarden ondernemen, 18 holes golfen, paardrijden, wandelen over de paden in Inks State Park, speleologie in de Longhorn Caverns of springen van een rotswandeling in de Devils Waterhole.

*** Toegang tot Hot Tub is tussen januari en december te huur voor onze gasten voor een onderhoudskosten van $ 30.

*** OPMERKING: Vanwege de overstromingen is de sauna tot nader order niet beschikbaar. Het groene huis is nu uitgerust met een afwerkingssauna. Geniet van veel voordelen voor lichaam en geest. Toeslag van $ 40 zal worden toegevoegd aan de reservering. Ondertekende vrijgaveformulieren zijn voorafgaand aan gebruik vereist.

*** PONTONS BOOT BESCHIKBAAR VOOR HUREN AAN GEKWALIFICEERDE OPERATORS ***
We doen dingen een beetje anders dan de meeste bootverhuur op het meer ... het is gebaseerd op "motorlooptijd", NIET op "kloktijd". Je hebt de mogelijkheid om de boot maximaal 8 uur hard te laten rennen. De boot bevindt zich aan een lift aan de meerzijde van het huis en u heeft er gedurende uw hele verblijf toegang toe. De pontonboot heeft een urenteller die alleen de tijd berekent wanneer de motor "AAN" is. Dit betekent; ik. e. je kunt een uurtje uitrijden en besluiten om de motor uit te zetten en te genieten van zweven en / of zwemmen voor een paar uur ... de tijd doorgebracht met drijven en / of zwemmen telt niet mee voor je 8 uur. Onze verzekeringsmaatschappij heeft een vaarervaring nodig en de exploitant (en) moeten ten minste 30 jaar oud zijn om de 22 'Bentley Pontoon Boat te huren. De kosten om te huren zijn $ 700. 00 voor maximaal 8 uur of $ 450. 00 voor 4 uur "motorlooptijd" plus belasting. Er is een $ 500. 00 restitueerbare borg wordt normaal gesproken binnen 3-5 werkdagen terugbetaald. U zult in de eerste plaats een volle tank benzine hebben en de vereiste is om de boot met een volle tank terug te brengen. Voor uw veiligheid in overeenstemming met onze verzekeringspolis, zal een kort overzicht van de boot worden gegeven door een gekwalificeerd persoon als een vereiste voor de huur.
U dient 14 dagen van tevoren te betalen om de boot te reserveren.

Scheepslift en jetski's zijn ook beschikbaar voor gebruik op onze steiger. Publieke boothelling dichtbij.

The host was very prepared to answer questions or offer assistance whenever needed.I have a few complaints. The TVs did not work (Frustrating). Even my cousin, who is an IT specialist at a major company, couldn't get them to work. I wanted to watch the news and football!! Additionally, there was no coffee available, and it would have been helpful to know this in advance. The lighting on the exterior stairs and front door steps is dull. My husband tripped at the front door and cut his arm. Dirty dishes were stored under the bar area. Water flow in the master bath sink next to the shower is extremely slow. Extra blankets are needed in the unit.Sorry, so many complaints, however, thought it is needed to maintain the property for the cost!

We enjoyed the house! Loved that it was off the main "strip" on the lake which allowed us to pull off and swim were it's calm. We came on Labor Day weekend...VERY BUSY! The house was great but I didn't think of the stairs when I first booked it. We were fine with them (in our 50's) but our 70 parents did struggle some. There was a bathroom on the ground level...and this helped! The main bedroom was at the top of another flight of stairs. My first plan was to give the master to my parents, but they passed on it when they saw they had to climb another flight of stairs. lol! Besides that, the place was GREAT! Comfortable, close to store (HEB) and restaurants! We loved the back patio up top and the one under the house. Having the paddle boards were a lot of fun too! Loved our stay!!

Everything you could want for a stay at the lake!

We had a great Thanksgiving at Lake LBJ. They have everything. Well equipped kitchen, calm cove, dock, fishing gear, kayaks, sauna, hot tub, fire pit, grill. Very clean and comfortable inside and outside. Also plenty of parking area for our vehicles and boat trailer.

Great boating access to LBJ

This was our second stay here. The home is super clean, the host very responsive and helpful, and it has a nice pier on a quiet cove for tying up the boat. There is a boat ramp, literally across the cove. This is a great place to stay. We hope to go back again.

Lovely Getaway with the Girlfriends

We have a wonderful time here! The house was perfect for what we needed - time away. The location was great and we were able to get out in the area for some fun activities including wineries, longhorn caverns, and Boat Town! We enjoyed a few days at the house, kayaking, playing games and the wildlife in the lake. The owners responded quickly to all communication and were very nice and helpful. We would certainly stay here again!

Plenty of room for adult children. Large, well-equipped kitchen for family meals. We enjoyed using the boat, kayaks, and board games. The fact that the TV wasn't a smart TV was probably a plus. Corn hole tournaments and poker until midnight are great ways to spend time with your kids.

Wonderful Lake Home!!! No need to look further!!!

I don’t normally leave reviews, so for me to take the time to do this means it was something very special. The property managers, Paul and Christine, were absolutely wonderful. They were super responsive, and answered all of our questions before, during, and on our departure. The property is absolutely striking. Attention to detail was everywhere. From the largest to the smallest. Everything in the home work perfectly. The sauna and the hot tub were an absolute blast in the evening! Pretty fantastic in the morning too. Quiet Cove was a delight. Walking down the stairs at any time you wanted to swim, in water that you could stand in, was heavenly. Especially at night looking up at the stars to see the big dipper. My wife and I rent 4 to 5 different lake houses every year on LBJ. This is going to be our number one go to moving forward. I have to give them a perfect 5 Star review! Ray F. PS. Our Keurig failed on the first morning, and when I opened up the cabinet, they actually had Folgers coffee and coffee filters in there. It saved my day and helped me come back from a horrendous hangover! Lol! Thanks for the special touches like that and shampoo and cream rinse in all the bathrooms, and all the other little extras that made our trip so much more pleasant.
