'This was such a cute apartment! Giada was wonderful with communicating with us and gave us directions to the property from the bus station in Venice. Even though we arrived on a national holiday, she still came to the property to show us around and let us know where certain stores and restaurants were, this was very much appreciated. 'The only place we stayed that didn't have a confusing missing item or weird design feature. The TV did not have amy streaming services, but good Italian channels. The living room was large and bright, and everything worked. It even has a dryer, which is unusual in Europe. The property manager wasn't very communicative, as I asked three times if a late checkout was possible, and they didn't respond. 'Giada met us at the water taxi stop and walked with us. She speaks good English. The apartment is located on a quiet and clean street away from the crowds, but close enough to walk anywhere on the island. The apartment is recently renovated and good quality. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. The WiFi and TV worked. Washer and two bathrooms were great. Giada gave good dining recommendations, She was quick to respond to our questions. '

'Really loved staying here! Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, clean and modern, with kitchen and washing machine. We go to bed early so we lived the quiet neighborhood and being away from the crowds. Plus the vaporetto makes it easy to get to Venice and then back to relax in your home away from home. "Ik kom regelmatig hier, en elke keer voelt het weer als echt thuiskomen. Het team is ongelooflijk vriendelijk en herkent me vaak meteen bij aankomst — dat persoonlijke tintje maakt echt het verschil. De kamers zijn altijd perfect schoon, comfortabel en rustig. Het ontbijt is heerlijk: vers, gevarieerd en met oog voor kwaliteit. De locatie is ook echt meer dan perfect. Vanuit het prachtige, rustige en mystieke Murano — met zijn rijke geschiedenis van glasblazen — kun je overal heel gemakkelijk met de boot komen. Wat ik vooral waardeer, is de constante hoge standaard. Het maakt niet uit wanneer ik kom, alles is altijd tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Een fantastische plek om te verblijven, of je nu voor werk of ontspanning komt. Ik blijf zeker terugkomen!"
