'Overall was WONDERFUL!! We did have some problems with the electric second night,causing us to not watch TV and we ended up having to move kerig coffee maker on counter in Bathroom!!!'

'We only did a one night stay but it was great! Will definitely stay again next summer. Place was very chill. The room was so cute to me . Pool was great for my 5yo to get some real swimming in after we left the beach . Close to the pier, cute little places to eat in walking distance . Beach access right across the beach road. It was perfect for a quick beach stay! Reasonably priced too!'

'Front desk staff all very nice and helpful. Rooms always clean and tidy. Breakfast was not good at all. Eggs were way over down. Too rubbery! I didnt get to make a waffle because of the station being over crowded every morning no matter the time. We will come back but would rather have breakfast somewhere else.'

'From the minute we walked in, I knew it was not going to work out. We have been going to Wrightsville Beach for 17 years and never had the opportunity to stay at the Shell Island Resort, so I decided to book a weekend for my husband and I. The hotel is very old and outdated; once you walk in, the smell is horrible, the staff is unfriendly, the elevators were not working, and the ice machine was not working. IT WAS A DISASTER!. I don't wanna be the person to go on and on about the horrible...

'Mooi gelegen hotel langs onze roadtrip aan de oostkust. We waren met drie personen en hadden een kamer met dubbele bedden geboekt. De kamer zelf was boven verwachting ruim en compleet. Wat wel tegenviel was de staat van de bank, daar zakte je half doorheen, en de vloer was plakkerig en vochtig. Mogelijk iets met de aurco of overnatig zeepgebruik bij schoonmaken. Helaas iets waar we pas achter kwamen nadat we ons hadden gesettled. Omdat we maar één nacht bleven hebben we dit door de vingers...
