'Every detail was curated, nothing was left unplanned both in the bedrooms and in the common areas. Location was perfect, quiet and well connected to the metro and main Kyoto train station. The Onsen facility was a nice moment in the evening to relax and experience a traditional ritual. Breakfast was also very good and the staff available to help with any query. Only note the laundry area was frequently busy plan ahead if you need to wash your clothes. Overall, highly recommended!'

Leider fanden während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nächtliche, geplante Straßenarbeiten direkt vor dem Hotel statt, die unseren Schlaf erheblich beeinträchtigten. Darüber wurden wir weder im Vorfeld noch beim Check-in informiert, was wir als enttäuschend empfanden. Zudem ließ der Lichtschutz durch die Fenster zu wünschen übrig.
