'We had a great time! Beautiful room with great amenities! Onsen in balcony was the best thing. Room service was on point and all the staff were very attentive and very very nice! On the way back home on a rainy day one of the female staff kindly came outside and helped me carry suit case in taxi. She kindly told me to get in the car first because it’s raining and she said she will take care of suit case. I am very pleased with this Omotenashi service and I have so much respect and appreciation....

'The location was convenient. Some restaurants were nearby, one being the best ramen I had. There was a 711 about 2-3 minutes away. The station was about 5 mins away. Was convenient for going to Fushimi Inari and Gion. The Kyoto Station was about 10 minutes away which was fine since we only went twice--once when we came and the second when we left. Now for the hotel itself, it was clean and quiet. Too quiet to my liking. I had the suite on the 7th floor. It's big for a family of 7. My issue was...
