'京都観光に時間がかかるのでホテルにいる時間は少なく、いろんな設備がついたリゾートホテルではなく、清潔感があればお手頃価格を優先して施設を選ばさせてもらいました。家族4人で宿泊し、みんな大満足でした。何よりも清潔感がありがたかったです。またアクセスの悪い金閣寺にどうやって行くかを悩んでいたのですが、送迎バスがあって本当に助かりました。'

'Simply the most amazing hotel I've ever stayed at. I just loved the lobby - it felt like the palace in Dune, so open and artistic and beautiful. The room was wonderful. There was also an iPad that easily controlled lights and AC and it was not clunky at all, rather super easy to use. The staff were immensely friendly and helpful. Can't say enough about Thousand Oaks and I will definitely return. '

'Excellent stay! Very comfy room (we had a triple for 3 adults+1kid), bathroom a bit small but up to Japanese hotel standards. Breakfast varied, the best we had among all the hotels we stayed in Japan. Very nice the afternoon tea, evening drinks and crafting activity offered! Staff extremely helpful and smiling. Only remark is that there were too few washing machines which made it a bit crowded in the evening..but that’s just a small detail. '

'Lovely hotel within few minutes from the main train station. Easy access, close yet hidden from the sounds of the city. Room with a kitchen annex and washer-dryer was amazing. Aircon delivered well. Fresh towels everyday. Breakfast was the only downside- whioenfoof looked very attractive and well balanced, there was not much consideration for vegetarians. Panini or soups served without allowing any choice or even asking if vegetarian options are required. Would be really nice if it was...

'Este hotel es ideal para hospedarse por varios días, tiene lo necesario para poder cocinar lo basico y ahorrar tiempo por las mañanas cuando es neecsario salir muy temprano. La ubicación es muy buena, a unos 10 minutos caminando hasta la estacion de Kyoto, y muchos restaurantes cerca, El personal es muy amable y servicial, todo muy recomendable. Si tuviera que señalar algun problema, tal vez sería que los cuartos no tienen ventilación natural, pero el aire acondicionado y el purificador cubren...
