'It was my first visit to Sarasota where we held a family event. Great location to restaurants, beaches and shops. Property is well appointed and as advertised. Chris is a kind and communicative host. Thumbs up from everyone during our stay'

'We really enjoyed our time here. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. It was also very convenient to have 3 bathrooms. The location was very convenient, close to so much and steps from the beach. The only things I would recommend is to replace the stained rug and add some lamps in the living room. It was so dark since there is no lighting at all. It would also be helpful to have a binder with all of the info needed like where to access the beach, the code to the beach...

'We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for us. The beach access is right across the street and the pool was perfection. We even enjoyed the rainy days sitting in the chairs on our patio. The beds were comfortable and I wanted to take that shower home with me. The landscaping lights wouldn’t turn on, so it would be nice if that was fixed for our next stay because it would make an even better atmosphere for nighttime dips in the spa. 'We had a wonderful stay. Jim was always available and was on top of everything. Had books of recommendations. House couldn’t be in a better location. Wake up and see the Gulf with dolphins swimming while having your morning coffee is how every morning should start. House was great and held 2 families of 4 very comfortably. Pool was great and right next to the house. We felt like we were the only ones on the beach. Loved our stay and will definitely come again. '

'This place exceeded our expectations! Everything was clean and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen is perfect with the appliances and the washer dryer a huge plus! 'When we arrive had issues with the keypad to be able to enter the property but host was very polite and took care of the issue right away. The rooms on the side of the kitchen we’re hot but after one night they got cool. Also the pool was hot to be able to swim but as soon I reported the situation the host explain about pool cleaning procedures and Saturday afternoon we were able to enjoy it ! 'Best stay ever! Patti is a wonderful host I highly recommend! My spouse and I had our wedding here at the end of August and everything was perfect! Beautiful spacious house, large backyard, a little fireplace to roast marshmallows, such a perfect location for a perfect day! Thank you again Patti!'

Volop aflegmogelijkheden. Grote bank en zitje aanwezig. Superfijne en stille airco. Veel stopcontacten. Snelle wifi. Ruime badkamer met dubbele wastafels. Douche in bad en schuifbaar douchescherm. Gratis badartikelen. Elke dag schone handdoeken en schoonmaken van de kamer. We wilden graag 1 dagje naar het strand en we kregen strandstoeltjes, Parasol en strandhandoeken aangeboden.
