'This is the 2nd time we've stayed. The first was awesome, but this time there was no towels at the pools. Moreover, I had to call the office to get my room cleaned. Keep in mind, we stayed 8 days. I still think it's one of the better places to stay for kids, due to all the pools and places to play if it rains. Still, if they don't pay close attention to details it could continue to decline.'
