'We had a wonderful time staying right on the beach! The house was adorable and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and there are several great restaurants within walking distance. You can't beat the location, we didn't want to leave!'

One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. 'We really enjoyed staying in this home as it is very spacious. Everything in the home was well organized and labeled. The beds are very comfortable, all sleep number beds!The yard was very spacious and multiple games/activities for the kids available. We will definitely stay here again in the future. '

'We've stayed in at least 8 or 9 places in the Santa Cruz area, and this might have been our favorite. It's spacious and well-furnished. The hot tub is excellent. Plenty of room for a family with two teenagers and a small dog. Easy 10-min walk to Capitola Village, 10 mins the other way to Verve and a bunch of surf shops, 14-min drive to downtown Santa Cruz. Hosts were easily reachable via text. Would definitely consider staying here again.'

'This house was perfect for us, our kids, and grandkids. Quiet upstairs for sleeping children, nice big kitchen, large dining table in and out and a great little pool for kid fun! It felt like home. Also, the manager was very available for questions and suggestions. Very helpful. If in the area again we would rent this property. Thanks for a perfect spot!'

'We enjoyed a family get together with grown children and grandchildren scattered across the state. So much to see and do: Beach, Boardwalk, Pier shops and restaurants, Roaring Camp trains and hiking, Monterey Bay Aquarium. '

'Although this property is a very small condo bedrooms right next to each other not good for couples. It’s great for families. Everything you need is there and you really are right in front of the ocean. The neighbors were friendly a few simple restaurants in walking distance and the whales were amazing. Parking can be a little rough, but I would definitely come to this property again it’s not the most inexpensive, but it’s definitely worth it.'
