The location was perfect—close to all the fun Nashville spots but still quiet enough to relax after a long day.We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville. 'This house was very clean, very pet friendly, and it was in a great location in relation to things to do in Nashville. The house is in a very noisy area and the neighborhood can appear fairly sketchy, but it is safe. Overall I'm very pleased with our stay. The host was very communicative and responded quickly. The kitchen is well stocked with equiptment as well. There is also an amazing Thai restaurant within walking distance called Degthai. The two fenced in front and back yards were great for...

'We had a wonderful stay! The room was adorable with little extras- from the stenciled floor in the bedroom to the towel heater in the bathroom. The Keurig and the bags of goodies were much appreciated !'

'Had to Uber everywhere. The property was nice - but long hallways, felt a little scary. The penthouse should definitely update amenities. Bath towels were mix match, bedding felt and looked older. King room didn’t have a tv. Over all the place felt plain and not worth the money. Cleaning crew could definitely do a better job. Crumbs on kitchen floor, table had a grease film on it , crumbled up towel paper in bathroom drawers. We would definitely choose a hotel closer to broadway and feel better...

'This place was great to stay at with easy parking! The location was quite with lots of restaurants a quick 15min walk away. The host also has lots of cookware if you prefer to stay in and cook with spices and coffee! Also, the host is great with communication! We heard a ring sound in the house our second day, and when we contacted the host, we were pleasantly surprised with an immediate response and solution. Would definitely recommend and come back!'
