'The overall service level of complete staff is very high but especially with frontdesk Andre who was very accommodating with my room when I arrived before official check-in time and Bari one of the doorman who's overall help and friendliness'

'Het ontbijt viel erg tegen voor die prijs. Weinig keus en er werd te langzaam bijgevuld. Geen rekening gehouden met de drukte. Verder in het restaurant was de keuze voor de muziek vreselijk en veel te hard. Je kon geen conversatie voeren met elkaar. Mij is opgevallen dat 1 dag de kamer niet i schoongemaakt, alleen het bed was opgemaakt en met een doekje door de wasbak maar verder niets. Het toilet was zeker niet schoongemaakt. IK vind dat dit niet mag in een 5* hotel.'

'I always frequent this hotel when visiting London and it was lovely as always only the fact that I had pre requested a late checkout cause my flight left at 9 pm an they had said ok then when I arrived the day before I was leaving I had received a note stating that the late check out was not possible and that i'll have to vacate at 12. After much discussion I was able to get a late checkout till 1 pm. Wasn't very convenient nor great since I am a frequent customer to this hotel.'

'Perfect hotel, with excellent staff on a great location. Probably one of the best in London. The only things that lacks is a good gym. Worth a recommendation this lovely hotel'
