'The stay was very much enjoyable!! Loved the personal apartment feel. I actually enjoyed not having front desk concierge not watching me come and go. My only dislike was the mode of communication. Didn’t know to look in the Hotels.com messaging app for check in/out instructions. I was told I’d receive an email, but the messaging center was the email mentioned. Just a bit of confusion, but not enough to detour me from coming back to GoodSeed. I will definitely return!!'

'This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at. The host was great she even helped me book on here when another app cancelled me. The place was beautifulllll down to the decor. She had everything needed to cook your own food, there was tissue in the bathrooms ( most places make you but your own). In the pictures there are no tvs but 2 out of the 3 rooms have tvs which was great! Over all it was a great stay I will be booking again. I loved being able to support her black business '

'Cottage was in a great location! Easy checkin and check out. Love the proximity to shops, nature and my mother’s house. Had a small issue the first night since it was so hot and the AC wasn’t on before arrival. Despite the quaint space, it took a lot of time for it to cool down to a manageable temperature. Would recommend if arriving on a day over 85 that you request the AC be turned on the morning of your arrival for comfort.Few other items to note to future guests: be aware the designated...
