'Our stay was just satisfactory.Parking was easy to find. It is 10 minutes from downtown Philadelphia and it was very easy to get to the graduation at Penn. Uber to the site was 17.. It is one flight of stairs up. There is a large bathroom with a nice hot shower and excellent air-conditioning. However, the mattress was very soft and both of us rolled to the middle. (And we’re not big people.) There was no table to sit at comfortably. Just a very high counter. Kitchen has zero condiments – no...

'Es ist... nicht schlecht, vor allem nicht für den Preis. Sauberes Bett, einigermaßen sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal und ein akzeptabler Pool. Nichts an dem Hotel hat mich wirklich umgehauen – es gibt kein Frühstück, und im ersten Zimmer waren einige Geräte kaputt –, aber die Angestellten haben sich wirklich sehr bemüht, alles in Ordnung zu bringen. Also ja, wenn Sie eine saubere und unglaublich günstige Unterkunft für eine Nacht suchen, ist das Extended Stay genau das Richtige.'

'Immaculately clean and comfortable place. Thought the bed was so comfortable (love a firm mattress!). Easy to park on the street right in front. Location convenient to what we were doing in town - super close to Penn, Drexel, zoo, art museum. Host was easy to communicate with and very nice. Very happy with stay. '

'The property was clean, easy to access, close to alot of attractions we wanted to see, quiet neighborhood. Only Con - the couch was small as far as the back, couldn't sit back because the back of couch was low like a futon. WILL STAY THERE AGAIN IF WE VISIT PHILLY AGAIN .'

'Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.'

'We loved the space and everything was perfect. My only feedback would be that we tried to scan the QR code for the parking space but it asked us to sign up for a system that we did not want to do. Is there any way to get rid of that process? Other than that, we enjoyed our week and will be back.'

'Very clean and comfortable home. Could use some shelving in the bathroom as there is nowhere to put toiletries and no nightstands by the bed to put personal items. This is a minor issue but would be helpful. Overall very nice place to stay.'
