'I absolutely LOVED the Ace Hotel in Kyoto. There is a subway station accessible right from the lobby which was SO convenient, and several bus stations within a block or two of the hotel. It was also walkable to many other staple sights like Nishiki market and Teramachi Street. The room and hotel amenities were fantastic. I loved the overall look and vibe of the space. '

'Small 12 room hotel located in a nice quiet area but still close and walkable to many of the touristy areas. Beautiful room and the shower/bath was truly a spa like experience. Bed was very nice as well. Get the Japanese breakfast served in your room at least once. It was a memorable meal. '
