'This was our favorite hotel during our trip to Japan. The staff is incredibly nice and super helpful. They offered the luggage transport service which was amazing! The room was super spacious and the laundry came in handy. There was also free wine and beer on tap in the lobby! Also juice, water, coffee and tea. A wonderful experience!'

'Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. De kamer was keurig, doch stoffig op onderstel van de tafel en op tafel bij waterkoker. Keurig personeel en behulpzaam. Minpuntje: Er is een rokers kamer op de begane grond aanwezig. Deze deur zat vlak bij onze kamer en als iemand daar net gerookt had, hing de geur in de hal voor onze deur. Bij binnenkomst roken we de nicotine geur regelmatig. Zeker niet prettig als astma patiënt. En meeroken voor kind. '

'If you have younger kids this place is perfect, and great value! They had a native English speaker at check-in which avoided any confusion. The shuttle bus to our accom was great. The location is in a quiet street, yet only a 2 min walk to a subway station on a line that connects straight to Kyoto Station.'
