'Very cute, well appointed apartment in the University area of Philadelphia. The host was very responsive and kind. An issue happened out of anyone's control and we had to vacate the property before the end of our rental term. The host was extremely responsive and helpful in the transition and made everything right. She has several properties in the area. I highly recommend.'

'We came to Philly for a volleyball tournament. This was the 2nd time renting here. It is walking distance to the venue. The Terminal market (I love) is with in walking distance. Tons of restaurants. A Trader Joe’s. Anything you need. We parked our car in the convenient parking lot and never moved it all weekend. Walking distance to history exhibits. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area for something at the convention center. Cons. 3 flights of stairs to walk up. Not well...

'Overall our stay was great!!! There was a bit of a worry about getting into our rental because Expedia didnt send us the information. Capital Hotles called and sent me the information which was amazing! I loved how secure the place was with 3 different codes to get into our bedroom. I felt very safe.
