'Room is located in casino and we exptected a spacious and comfortable room and that’s what we got. On site there were great restaurants and bars and of ourse lot’s of gambling. Great stay for 1 night'

'Het water van ons toilet bleef lopen. Na een klacht bij de receptie liep er meteen een medewerker mee en die claimde het probleem te hebben verholpen. Dit was niet het geval dus terug naar de receptie en die vroeg meteen of ik een refund wilde. Ik wil gewoon goed slapen en niet met lopend water in de badkamer. Ze vroeg me een uur te wachten voor ze antwoord kon geven of we een andere kamer konden krijgen want zij kon het probleem niet verhelpen. Iedereen was al naar huis en de volgende ochtend...

'The hotel felt newly (last few years) renovated and was well maintained. Our room was clean and the air conditioning worked extremely well to block out the St. Louis humidity and heat. We loved their “cookie hour” from 8-9pm and the breakfast was wonderful.'

'Overall the staff was great. We did ask some staff we saw for towels since the pool area had none. The EVS asked a staff member we could not see who mumbled something we could not hear, she replied to them “she’s standing right there” to which I heard from unseen person a very loud annoyed sigh. That was the only rude person. The ladies at the counter were great as well as the man who maintained the breakfast.'

'De kamer was ruim en schoon. Ruime koelkast en een koffiezetapparaat op de kamer. In het hotel verbleven veel gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Daardoor was er veel lawaai in de lobby, in de gang en bij het ontbijt. Bij het ontbijt waren meer problemen, waardoor er maar een zeer beperkt aanbod was. Ik moest zelfs om boter gaan vragen. '
