'Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer. Wel 'gewoon' hotelkamer met goede grote matrassen. Mijn reisgenoten vonden het kussen wel wat hard. Locatie gunstig. Zo bij de metro en je loopt binnen 10 en 20 minuten de leuke gebieden in. Handdoeken voorradig, badkamer goed.'

'京都駅行きのバス停がホテルの真ん前にあり、近くにコンビニやレストランも数軒ある便利なところに立地しているホテルです。スタッフも親切ですし、部屋の設備(部屋着を除いてすべてのアメニティと必要な器具が用意されているし、レンジと洗濯機まで完備されています。充電コンセントもたくさんあり非常に便利です。)もとても充実しています。5点満点を付けたいとのろですが、唯一の不満は古びた(少しシミも付いている)ソファーです。スプリングが潰れたのか、座ると凹んでしまい、座り心地はお世辞でも良いとは言えないものです。 おまけ情報ですが、ホテルから徒歩2分のところにある居酒屋くれないはとても美味しいところで、チーズだし巻きは絶品でした。'

'We stayed in their special Hello Kitty room and it was everything as promised. Super fun to get special merch and a huge plus to have a fridge and a place to sit. It was also located quite great and right by the older town of Kyoto and a short walk from Gion. Only minus though is the short check-in hours and other than that the hotel is not staffed. Everything is also a code and we made the mistake of taking a picture of the wrong one and had to go through quite the hassel with getting it back...
