'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'My Grandma was in town due to my Grandpa being airlifted to the hospital in critical condition; all other family lives states away. My Grandma was utterly exhausted and unfamiliar with the area so I booked her hotel. The front desk concierge was unbelievably helpful, he went above and beyond our expectations by ensuring my Grandma's check in was seamless, he helped her get to her room, and then he contacted me to reassure me she made it safely. He was a shining light to our terrible situation....
