Vind je ideale hotel in Northeast Austin

'Booked a king suite room and at after checking in they gave me a kind regular room, they didn't have the king suite available...yet I had a whole active reservation for that type of room. I was never contacted prior to me checking in that my room typed was not available and here are the options if you're not happy with the issue. When I have to reach out to the front desk and tell them this is not the room i booked. It's a oversight and unprofessional. I kept the room due to the fact I had...
