We had to kill about 3-4 roaches per day, we immediately notified the host upon arrival, and all they said was that they would talk with the cleaners, there were no offers to clean, no refunds, or anything. The house was organized, but not deep cleaned. The floors were filthy, you could not walk around the house barefoot without getting gray feet. The bathrooms had hair scattered around the corners, there was a disturbing amount of mold...
