'This was the perfect location for everything my family wanted to do while in the city. Raul was awesome with communication, and it was a comfortable stay. I would totally stay again! Thank you for a great stay!'

'Clean apartment in a convenient location, close to the subway and walking distance from lots of attractions. My only nits would be that the shower doesn't drain very well and the walls are a little thin but besides that everything was awesome!'

'The address on the listing is fake while the picture in the listing shows a residential area, the actual location is in a very busy commercial street with a bus stop in front of the building. The access door is between 3 restaurants. Then you have to go up 3 floors on a narrow steep staircase carrying your suitcases. It is also 2 blocks away from a hospital, thus there are sirens night a day. One of the bedrooms has no windows, the other 2 face the street. The larger room has a window that...

'Much larger apartment than expected. Good location in Chelsea. Enjoyed our stay with 2 parents and 4 young adults.'

'The Apartment is not a Penthouse and was not clean at all. The property was not exactly located in the location on the map either. Needs a good cleaning and repainting. Would not recommend personally.'

'My friend and I came up to see museums and two Broadway shows. This apartment was compact and just what we needed: two bedrooms, a shower and kitchen. The location in the Kips Bay/Murry Hill area is safe and full of families and young professionals. The apartment needs a new refrigerator handle and a paint touchup in the little sitting room. The video that shows you where the lock box is located was super helpful. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We walked everywhere and...

'You’ll find no better accommodations for the location for a group. So great to have a nice common areas for our group instead of being divided by different rooms for our group. Amazing location above a great bagel shop and the Greek restaurant is good too. About 2-3 blocks from subway and close to Central Park. The host also worked with us to store our luggage before/after check-in/out. Highly recommend if have a larger group.'

'Communication was very odd. It was to the point where we were convinced that we were scammed. The place ended up being available and nice. Good deal for the area. I would rate higher if the communication was better.'
