'Great place, very clean and had everything we needed!!'

'This really was an amazing VRBO rental. I was there for approximately nine days, and I have to say it had one of the most well-stocked kitchens I've ever experienced in a VRBO rental. Everything you needed for a short-term or long-term stay. The space was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. And the view from the balcony was nice, where you could see the mountains in the background, even though you were in the middle of Phoenix. They were also very helpful and kind when I asked for an early...

'The house was clean and the bedding smelled freshly washed. Parking was covered and included. It was very easily walkble parking to the apartment. The house had things like coolers and hiking sticks which was very considerate. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was huge enough to cook in with ease. The only downside was it felt like we were booming with a third party through VRBO. We couldn't figure out if this was someones home that was listed via another company, but it was odd. One of...

'Very great location! Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Wal'

'This is such a cute property. The beds and linens were great. The host Jay was perfectly responsive to any questions. He let us bring our dog and we really appreciated this. We were traveling for my husbands health care treatment and having his dog is very important. Overall great experience. Thank you!'

'Great place, so nice to have 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms'

'Our apartment was very nice and very conveniently located. Our host was friendly and very responsive to any of our needs. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning.'

'Cozy 2-bedroom condo in fabulous location close to downtown Phoenix. We stayed here for the women’s basketball Final Four at the Mortgage Matchup Center. The Center was an easy walk downtown through a vibrant neighborhood with lots of great restaurants (Tom Wong!), bars, shops, and a museum. The condo is in an older building that is very quiet. '

'Great location! There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The parking was close to the apartment and it was very quiet. It has a funky loft like feeling and the large island was useful. We would definitely stay there again.'

'What great unit!! The property was extremely well kept and very peaceful. The owner messaged upon arrival and after a few days making sure everything was in order. The unit was clean and comfortable, the pool was very refreshing. '

'Very nice accommodations; very well appointed. Sending out mail was the sole challenge we faced. Overall, a very, very nice place to stay.'

'We were very impressed with the property manager's prompt communication and ability to respond to questions in less than an hour. Bed was very comfortable (you just never really know and we're picky!) and really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel (smelled great!) in the bathroom. Couple of minor suggestions: Bed sheets were not cotton so a little on the hotter side, we could have used a few extra towels (if we would have asked I am positive the property manager would have brought...

'Clean and tidy condo. Host was awesome in communications. Very responsive and helpful. Grounds are older but we'll kept. Comfortable with having car in gated community with assigned space. Comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen. Washer in apartment was very convenient and community dryers were close by. Would definitely stay again.'

'Absolutely horrible. Filthy with roaches both dead and alive. Place looks nothing like the photos, it’s run down, dirty and disgusting. Thankfully we were reimbursed our money from VRBO.'
