Wish there was a table lamp or two in that room. Having the overhead light on all the time isn't ideal. Comforters in two of the bedrooms were sporting stains that didn't take too much brain power to imagine the source of, so that was kind of nasty... They went straight to the floor. 'This little house has a perfect view. It is very relaxing just to sit in the morning, have coffee, and look out over Puget Sound. The home is warm and inviting. The kitchen is modern. It has abundant updated features. It is an easy walk to the local beach. we would definitely come back and stay at this little piece of heaven again.'

'The Little Red Cottage is a very cute tiny. It is well-equipped and nicely decorated with bright colors. We were there in the winter so we didn't get to see the trees and flowers in bloom, but the yard was well-cared-for and would certainly be beautiful Spring through Fall. I loved the selection of reading material that was available in the cottage. It was clear that the cottage is a project the hosts are committed to. There were many touches of their love of hospitality throughout the home.'

'The house was large enough for our group with two table options (kitchen and dining room) where we could all eat together which is something I look for when renting a house since we could most meals. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary tools to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. The communication with the owners was great and their response to an issue that arose was quickly addressed.'

'This house fit all 9 of us comfortably. The old house is a little creaky, but has lots of character. Having three bathrooms was a plus! It has absolutely everything. All the kitchen stuff you would need, lots a games and puzzles, a large deck and yard with lots of outdoor furniture and even a propane heater and fire table. We stayed there for my son's wedding at Thornewood Castle, and my whole family had a great time.'

'We were skeptical when we first arrived because the neighborhood looked shady and the reviews weren’t helping either. We decided to stay otherwise and every night I kept thinking is something going to happen to the car. All 3 nights and 4 days, nothing happened. We had a pretty good stay, the unit was pretty clean except for the shower curtain. And the bed was a bit uncomfortable for us but overall it wasn’t too bad.'

'This property is so unbelievably beautiful. The 180 degree view is staggering. You could sit and stare all day long. There are times when wind from the Sound is loud, yet beautiful. And there are times when it is so silent that it seems muffled. Quieter outside than in! And the home is really cute and comfortable. We met the homeowner and she was incredibly kind, and made us definitely want to come back again another time!'

'The parking was ample and convenient. We received accurate and helpful instructions for access to door, Wi-Fi, etc. The attached bathroom wasn’t in the primary bedroom, so that was a little strange. The largest bath was awkwardly located off the laundry room/kitchen, not convenient from bedrooms. The kitchen was a little frustrating- not enough cookware (no baking dishes or serving utensils). Pretty bare bones- less than half a roll of paper towel, almost no dish or hand soap, and only one...
