'We have nothing but good things to say about this place. The location was excellent ... very close to the water and to Puget Sound University if you are visiting the college. Our teen walked to the coffee shop down the hill each morning. The neighborhood is very safe. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are nice and large. We also really appreciated the coffee and creamer. Another bonus ... we had forgotten a few items (like toothpaste) and they had a bunch of toiletries that we could...

'The unit was clean & comfortable for our two adults & one child. We liked the living room setup & spent a fun evening playing games & watching TV. The location was convenient for accessing the light rail, driving into the city center, & getting to & from the airport; grocery stores, etc were also nearby. The host was responsive to my inquiries ahead of check-in. The only downside was figuring out how to get to the parking & into the unit, though this may have been partly due to our arrival late...

'The space was clean and mostly as advertised. The owner was friendly and helpful. There should have been a picture of the entryway and the stairs within the unit. If I had known it didn't have windows within the unit and that there was only the street/former store front exit door and emergency exit door, I wouldn't have stayed.'

'The condo was much nicer than expected, very modern, beautifully decorated and landscaped, clean, cozy, and well kept. I would give this 5 stars if the backyard was fenced in. It was a challenge to keep our dog contained in the small yard and the privacy from the tenants on either side was lacking. The backyard is also connected to a very busy street, so some safety concerns there without a fence for kids and pets.Thankfully, we didn't have any issues with the other tenants, but it didn't feel...

'Condo is in an older building but is very well maintained. It is surrounded by $1M+ homes and the neighborhood is very safe. There are several local restaurants within walking distance as well as a grocery within a 5 min drive. It is super close to all that’s good in Tacoma as well as being close to I5. The best part about staying at the condo was my morning coffee with the stunning view!'

Walked to the Tides Taproom for the best Halibut I’ve had in a really long time, and great beer brewed by 7 Seas Brewery. Loved this experience!
