'In general it was a good apartment almost deserving 4 stars. However, there are a couple of quite important negative moments. First, they lied in the description about washer machine, they do not have any. Second, unlike other providers they do not allow to move in even 30 minutes earlier and made us wait for this time under Florida sun despite the room was ready. Third, they locked their dumpsters and people just throw their garbage over the locked gates, so rats will be there in no time unless...

'I loved this room so much that I extended it. Interaction with the host was a breeze. Checking in and checking out was easy too. The unit was adorable, very clean, laid out perfectly to utilize all the space and I don't know what else to say except that I recommend this with 5 stars.'
