'I liked how they cleaned the room everyday and all fancy! The beds were so comfortable to sleep in and I slept well in them too! Food was delicious in the area and lots of places in walking distance as well! What I didn’t like is that we got all of our towels including shower, hand and floor towels but no wash clothes when we checked into the room. Usually we get wash clothes but I had to call front desk and ask them to bring some up. They brought them up but like i mentioned no wash clothes...

'Allereerst bij inchecken, 17.15 uur, werd ons vertelt dat wij veel te laat waren( volgens reservering-gegevens inchecken vanaf 16.00 uur). Wij hebben 2 nachten overnacht in Cedar Cove, onze kamer is echter nooit schoongemaakt en verder werd het dak vernieuwd, heel veel lawaai dus en ook overal rommel van het vernieuwen van het dak op de veranda. Was onmogelijk om hier te zitten. Ontbijt was niet inclusief, bij navraag aan de balie naar een aanbeveling voor het ontbijt, werd niet gereageerd,...

'considering the prices and the overall renovated room, its okay not great. reception can be better with info and or willingness ! room was okay ( bathroom had spots on the ceiling) and sofa in the living room too old/ no boiler for some hot water. location is good but service can be improved on many departments. '

'I'm already staying at this resort since 2012, and this was the worst night ever. We didn't sleep the whole night because of the extreme noise in the hallway. There were ventilators or something else making a real hard noise. I asked for a room as high as possible, and you gave me one on the second floor with the extreme noise. I understand that you cannot guarantee a room on a certain floor, but if you pay this kind of money for a 4 star resort, you expect a room where you can sleep during...
