'Super cute, clean place! Large living room and both bedrooms and baths are great. Very nice cool A/C. The dock is nice/new and there is a working hose for rinsing our boat after a long hot day fishin in the Gulf. Short boat ride to John’s Pass Gulf access. Plenty of parking and the grass in the backyard is great for the pooch. The little pool is a nice and refreshing amenity many rentals don’t offer. 'We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for us. The beach access is right across the street and the pool was perfection. We even enjoyed the rainy days sitting in the chairs on our patio. The beds were comfortable and I wanted to take that shower home with me. The landscaping lights wouldn’t turn on, so it would be nice if that was fixed for our next stay because it would make an even better atmosphere for nighttime dips in the spa. 'I wish I could give this place 10 stars cause 5 just doesnt feel right. From the moment we arrived to the day we left it felt like home away from home. Its in a wonderful location and just steps away from the beach. The pool was beautiful and clean. The host Jonsie was so responsive and friendly. We will be back here for sure!!! '

'When we arrive had issues with the keypad to be able to enter the property but host was very polite and took care of the issue right away. The rooms on the side of the kitchen we’re hot but after one night they got cool. 'Best stay ever! Patti is a wonderful host I highly recommend! My spouse and I had our wedding here at the end of August and everything was perfect! 'This was the perfect beach house! They have thought of everything you need for a good beach trip. They have chairs and umbrellas and even pool toys, a beach wagon and towels, very short walk to the beach. I love this side of the island, it’s less of a party crowd and more residential. Felt very safe there, the pool was wonderful!!! Very clean and comfortable beds. Short drive to pine ave and steps away from the free trolly stops. Highly recommend and we will come back! '

'This property was perfect for the annual girls beach trip I take with my sister in law and teen niece. Perfectly located to everything on Anna Marie Island and walking distance to your own slice of heaven beach. Also had our own beautiful pool to relax around. 'We had an amazing time! Perfect place, and so close to the beach and a stone's throw from the free AMI Trolly. Chairs, wagon, and umbrellas were very nice to have provided. Next time we'll leave ours at home. Lol. Loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off all the salt and sand! Beautiful private patio. The place was clean, roomy, and felt like home. 'Nice 2 br - clean, easy to check in, great tv's, beach chairs and wagon to haul your gear to the very close beach just a few houses away, less than 5 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches anywhere. Would highly recommend !'

"Groot, luxe hotel met vriendelijke ontvangst. Groot parkeerterrein. Grote kamer met breed, fijn bed en goede kussens. Grote TV met veel zenders, magnetron en koelkast aanwezig. Geen kluisje. Volop aflegmogelijkheden. Grote bank en zitje aanwezig. Superfijne en stille airco. Veel stopcontacten. Snelle wifi. Ruime badkamer met dubbele wastafels. Douche in bad en schuifbaar douchescherm. Gratis badartikelen. Elke dag schone handdoeken en schoonmaken van de kamer. We wilden graag 1 dagje naar het strand en we kregen strandstoeltjes, Parasol en strandhandoeken aangeboden. Buitenzwembad aanwezig. Ontbijt is in een gezellige ruimte en is vrij uitgebreid met verse wafels en pancakes."
