"Mooi hotel. Zaten in kamers onder de grond, uitzicht op een oude Inca muur. Maar die staat letterlijk 30cm of zo vanaf het raam. Daardoor nul dag licht in de kamer. En je kan het raam niet open zetten. Super lekker bed, goede airco, mooie maar verouderde badkamer & inrichting."

In dit geval het laatste, dit is echt een top hotel: uitmuntende service, echt een heel goed ontbijt, confortabele kamers, mooie gym met uitzicht die 24h open is, roof top bar, goed Japans resaurant, goede locatie, en dat voor een prima prijs."

"It's in a great location, with stores and cafés nearby and easy access. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and loved the staff in the dining room every morning at breakfast. They were very kind and friendly! The staff at reception, not so much. We missed the welcoming smiles as we walked past reception. They made very little eye contact and weren't as accommodating or warm. The water in the shower wasn't that hot, either. However, we had a good stay. "

"Tussen het hotel en de luchthaven (letterlijk aan de overkant van de straat) lopen mensen die zich voordoen als hotel security, de bagage trolley overnemen en dan hoge fooi eisen, ondersteund door andere mensen die zich voordoen als hotel staf. Toen ik dat aan de receptie melde werd er nauwelijks op gereageerd. "
