'Our innkeeper was very warm and welcoming and took the time to explain everything when we arrived. Our room was bigger than I expected and very clean with a huge beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was delicious ( so big that the second morning my husband and I just split 1 portion so we didn’t waste anything) my only complaint ( and it’s not really that bad, but I wish the morning coffee was a bit stronger, but that won’t keep me from going back there. ) Thanks for making our stay wonderful. 'Convenient location, friendly staff. Wonderful little restaurant called Picnic at the end of the street. Just park your car and walk to many locations, no need to fuss with expendive Newport parking and traffic. Very comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet room.'

'Wauw, wat een leuke plek. We voelden ons meteen thuis toen we binnen kwamen. Alles ziet er zo gezellig uit. De kamer was super en het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk. Je kan koffie en thee pakken als je zin hebt en het ontbijt was heerlijk. Newport is ook heel gezellig. Echt een aanrader om hier naar toe te gaan.'

'The Burbank Rose is in a great location to the main dining and shopping area in Newport. It was very clean, spacious and the staff were very kind and professional. The free parking lot was about a 15 min. walk (0.7 mi.), which wasn't bad for us. We were able to drop off our luggage, then park and walk to the B&B. We would stay here again.'

'Beautiful and charming old hotel. The restored historical buildings do not meet all modern standards. This is inevitable, but avoid rooms 101 and 102 in the basement of one of the houses. Cleaning needs improvement, breakfast is very good.'
