'The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.'

'El hospedaje hermoso y súper bien ubicado. PERO al llegar te piden un depósito en garantía. el problema fue que a la hora salir no te lo regresan inmediatamente. En mi caso me dijeron que debo esperar de 10 a 15 días para la devolución. Destaco que el departamento se entregó en excelentes condiciones. Es muy malo que no te regresen el dinero, espero que el depósito realmente llegue en el tiempo acordado. '

'We were in 2 times 2023 (21 days) and 2024 (19 days). It's a building that was ready 2022 and you can already see that it's not well maintained and cleaned. Cleaning is not done properly. At first it looks clean but it isnt. They clean, however it's done to quick and with dirty mopping gear. A lack off Maintenance, toilet doors at the rooftop can't be closed anymore. The elevators are dirty and many times out of order. Doorknobs of rooms are broken. Floors are dirty in the room. The coffee...
