'Wonderful spot to stay- on the ocean with mountain views, grocery and restaurants within walking distance, easy drive to the airport, and easy access to beaches, excursions, and hiking. Kids loved the pool with the double waterslides and lazy river. The resort was family friendly (but not too many screaming kids 😉), and in a very safe neighborhood. Amir & Maryam were so responsive and so very helpful. Their condo was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone to relax. Highly recommend...

'Top Notch!!!!! This was such a beautiful, extremely clean & well stocked condo! The description online was exactly what we got. I reached out a few times before booking & after to ask some questions- the response was very quick. The condo faces the mountains, we loved drinking our morning coffee on the patio. 'We had the absolute best stay at the Koa Kea. We loved how the resort is on the smaller side, and you can easily walk out of your room and to the pool, beach, or to some nearby businesses (little fish, puka dog, surf shop..). The staff was super friendly and accommodating as well. I also loved being greeted with real leis, chocolate for our honeymoon, and wine in the room when we arrived! The pool bar had some yummy food, and good drinks. The sunrise yoga was fantastic as well. We stayed here...

'The property and beach was nice. The beach was a little rough for my 4 year old, but the pool was good. The Rum Fire restaurant was very good, while the other one was okay. Staff was either friendly or polite but seemed over it.'

'The staff was amazing. They are remodeling throughout, so there is some construction, but it did not impact my stay at all. The new lobby opened while we were there, and it is gorgeous. Great location as well.'

'There is no AC in the units. If you have any issues do not expect a return call. These are older units and we had many items that did not operate in the room — the fan (essential) and the tub (essential). Property is nice and view is amazing on the Cliff'
