'The hotel is situated at 5 minutes walking distance from the main water boat (vapporetto) station Santa Maria Elisabetta, so ideal to make boat trips to any place in Venice, e.g. 15 minutes to reach Piazza San Marco, 10 minutes to Giardini. The 'lady of the house', Elena, is extremely friendly and concerned about your wellbeing; the breakfast is very nice and full choices of bread, yoghurt, cakes, eggs etc. Only downside is that you have to park your car a few streets away, but there is an...

'Mauro is a great host. Property very clean and safety. Very good connection with Venice, bus stop just outside the property. '

'Op loopafstand van het trein- en busstation. Erg handig met koffers. Mooi statig gebouw. Niet echt modern maar wel helemaal in de sfeer van Venetië. Wij hadden een suite. Erg ruim met een grote bank en groot bed. Op loopafstand van alle bijzondere dingen. Maar wel in een relatief rustig deel van Venetië. Lekker eten en drinken was erg dichtbij. Ontbijt was ook prima! Aanrader dus.'

'We had a great experience at La Lista Rooms. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to drop our luggage in the morning before check-in, gave us guidance on transportation to the city center, as well as a QR code that allowed us to enter the city without having to pay the fee. Overall, the place was very clean and well managed. Only complaint was that our thermostat in the room didn’t work. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay and would book again. '

'Mooi kleinschalig hotel met grote comfortabele kamers gelegen in het centum van Venetië. Decoratie sober en modern, niet oudbollig. Alles binnen wandelafstand gelegen en desondanks zijn centrale ligging hadden we geen problemen met straatlawaai.'

J’avais demandé une surprise pour fêter norre anniversaire de mariage, nous avons eu un moment privilégié sur la terrasse de l’hôtel qui a une vue directe sur un petit canal où on voit passer bateaux et gondoles. Cet hôtel est très charmant et intimiste car peu de chambres. La chambre est charmante mais la partie sanitaire pourrait être rafraîchie. L’hôtel est très bien situé car proche...
