'The place is dirty and falling down. I would recommend it be tore down.'

'I loved our room so cozy, comfortable and clean. I really didn’t wanna leave but work called so in a few minutes. I was up, showered and out the door to eat breakfast and my favorite part was the waffle and coffee. Next time I am in Brookshire I definitely will be staying there.'

'Good value'

'Very poor breakfast. The worst we've ever saw. The hotel looks very old and it feels not safe to be there. I would't go there again.'

'My luggage was on the bed for less than 3 minutes before turning around and leaving to find a different hotel. Walls show the wear of 20 years, room smelled musty, AC replaced musty smell with extra musty smell, carpet was slick, bathroom floor was dangerously slippery, no water in bathroom, key car envelope was well-used previously with more than my room number in it. But the staff and manager were very nice and access to highway was quick.'
