'I absolutely love the Hard Rock in Cancun! The staff is so friendly and always willing to assist in any way with positive attitudes. The bar has a great selection of top shelf drinks. The live music every night is a plus. Finished early so if you’re kinda old like me you get to bed at a decent time. Room service is included in the all inclusive so it’s nice to order a coffee or green juice and sit on the balcony and take in the view! It’s kid friendly but not too many kids to drive you...

'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '
