'for a 4 star hotel I expect a lot more. staff was not able to provide an invoice with the company name, required for reimbursement (business travel). you have to pay credit first to have something written to your room. a blockage on the credit card was not possible in order to have everything the the room invoice. Receipts where not provided for whatever you ate or drank. not worth the money we paid but is was close to the congress. '

'Even though the AC in the room wasn't working properly, the overhead fan kept us comfortable. The hotel is kept impeccably clean, the staff are extremely friendly & cheerful, there are lots of activities during the day and evening, the food at the restaurants was delicious (I cut my steak with a butter knife it was so tender). Will definitely stay here again.'

'We had an amazing time at Riu adults only. The rooms and bathrooms are not really new but they are clean. All rooms have ocean view. Hard liquor, beers and sodas available in the rooms. The buffet has many options, huge seating area, never a wait for a teble. There is something for everyone. They don't change it a lot daily but it is still enough to choose from. There are some other restaurants available for dinner. We went to 2 only, they were good, we don't eat meat so I can't say much for...
