'Staff were genuinely sincere and appreciative of guests. Hydrotherapy spa was great except lockers and bathrooms were not well stocked. Restaurants were adequate, you will have to pay for steaks and lobsters. Alcohol was avg, all cocktails tasted the same. At check-in Front desk sold us an upgrade to ocean view room but the floor above was either under renovation or very noisy guests, constant stomping and furniture moving. Noon, night ALL the time! 'I thought everything was very good the staff first was stellar with great happy attitude!! Second drinks and food were good. Excellent size for quick getaway too and the only one thing is the humidity, mustiness scent in the room, room itself was amazing. 'Nuestra cuarta visita a Live Aqua, y lo primero que quiero resaltar es el servicio 5 estrellas. En cada estancia nos soprenden más tanto en servicio como en la comida que esta vez fue excepcional. Nos hicieron un upgrade a una suite, la cual recomiendo tomar en cuenta a la hora de reservar, espectacular!!!
