'Our first stay at this Rui Palace Facility for 8 days. I was very impressed with the Food, Staff were excellent, Facility services, pool and drinks all no complaints or any suggestions. Had no issue getting into the restaurants at evening time, but we ate around 6:30-7:00. If you went later 8:00 pm or after then people had to wait, but excellent choice for us to stay and relax. Also spoke to other individuals/couples and they agreed!!!'

'Hotel exteriors, and interiors are beautiful, and modern. Perhaps too modern that made us uncomfortable. For example, the rooms. It is impossible to control the light because all buttons turn on or turn off all lights. Useless. The toilets, and shower glass design is faulty because toilet glass doors doesn't provide noise nor odors privacy. The coffee maker is too modern, that is useless because now you have to scan a QR to see a tutorial in order to make a single cup. Sill, never worked well....

'Oleo itself is a little dated, but everything was very clean. The bathrooms by the pool are very smelly, but I don’t think that is something they can help. The staff was so friendly and made our experience even better! The regular balcony rooms are small, but if you can upgrade to room 1802, you’ll have a huge balcony and amazing view. We loved watching the sea turtles come in each night to nest. The Asian restaurant was our favorite! And the pool bar food was great!'

"We had an absolutely incredible stay for our 5-year anniversary! Right from the start, the fantastic entrance hall with its astonishing panoramic ocean view leaves you speechless. You are truly overwhelmed by the sheer size of the property. The service was flawless from start to finish, including top-notch housekeeping. We received a generous room upgrade to a very spacious suite with separate bedrooms, a living area, and a balcony jacuzzi with a fantastic ocean view. As a former bartender and 5-star hospitality worker, I was highly impressed by the top-class bars throughout the hotel and at the pools. They serve excellent cocktails and premium imported spirits. It is absolutely 5+ star worthy. The culinary experience was just as outstanding. We highly recommend dining at Copal (Mexican), Minami (Japanese), and Bao (Asian), alongside the excellent open buffet and room service breakfast. The resort facilities are amazing for families. We loved the massive main pool (which feels 1000 meters long!) and the saltwater pool. The entertainment options are highly recommended too, including laser tag, the arcade, escape rooms, golf, and VR baseball and racing. A special thank you to Rebeca and Alberto from the pre-arrival team for their fantastic support. They even arranged a thoughtful anniversary card and a piñata that our kids absolutely loved. They thought of every detail. We highly recommend this resort!"
