'We were met by the kind owner who graciously showed us around the cozy top floor apartment and gave us her mobile number in case we needed anything. The special touches; plenty of coffee pods, bottled waters and half and half in the fridge, lots of towels, is more than what other VRBO’s offer. Location is great, pretty and quiet neighborhood, 5 min walk to multiple restaurants and the beach. 9 Uber (2 mile) ride to downtown Newport. Really enjoyable visit.'

'Shaun was very helpful and provided us information about restaurants and activities. And the location of his property was within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We highly recommend the Caption Daniel Packer Inne for dining and the Argis for sailing. We really enjoyed our comfy stay at Shaun’s property. Plus, he provided snacks for our stay.'

'Chris was very friendly when we met him at the location. He gave us some great tips on places to eat and which days we should do a reservation for. The place is in a great location and walking to places was very convenient. Uber is there as well if you wanted to travel a little further or if you want the break from walking. We did find that we could have used or brought more to use in the kitchen. The coffee maker didn't work for us, but there is a little coffee shop right down the road so that...

'We truly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Lou gave us excellent recommendations for things to do and restaurants. Excellent location to walk the cliff walk and even walked to a few of the mansion tours. Would highly recommend this cottage.'

'Enjoyed our short stay here. Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future'
