'The property was clean upon arrival. The host was more then gracious and extremely accommodating. Fenced yard was great for the dogs. Pool was a plus to have on the days we felt like being lazy, but with the provided boat dock, we brought a boat and spent most the days in the water. Caught several nice catfish from the dock also. Will definitely be looking into rebooking this beautiful home at a later date.'

'We have stayed at this property at least 20 times before but always booked through the hotel. The property and location are terrific for what we want from Anna Maria Island. However booking through this agency was more expensive and while it worked out OK, the idea that at this price you can only have one trash bag, two roles of toilet paper, and two dishwasher pods seems a bit extreme and showed a lack of good will we thought.'

'We booked the little pink house, only to discover it acquired damage from the storm. Andi quickly asked if I wanted a refund, or to offer other locations. We wanted to see the sun, so we took her up on the offer. We stayed at her Indian rock shores location which included a pool. The bed was comfy, pillows were so soft and nice.when the wind was to much to take on the beach (which was one block away) we would sit by the pool. There was a sitting area on the porch for shade during the mid-day...

'The cottage is lovely and the courtyard just beautiful. Couldn't be any closer to the beach! Everything you need is right there including a full kitchen and washer and dryer. We will definitely come back. One of the nicest rentals we have stayed at. '

'We could not ask for more! The cottage was adorable and included everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the pool and spa and the beach was a 5 min walk. You are in the middle of many restaurants and bars. Our hosts were attentive and very responsive. Highly recommend!'

'Perfect location on the beach! Lower level bed was so comfy that we already went and bought one very similar. Everything needed was provided. Could use some updating but the rental makes that known in the description when reserving. Very nice property, beautiful sunsets '
