There were ventilators or something else making a real hard noise. I asked for a room as high as possible, and you gave me one on the second floor with the extreme noise. 'We stayed with 2 small kids and 2 adults in one of the suites. Our stay was fantastic from start to finish (7 nights). Our suite was very clean, kids enjoyed their bunk beds. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and resupply of water bottles from time to time. The pool was very clean, warm, and enjoyable.
