'Perfect crash pad for a St. Pete visit. As others noted, the dock isn't attached to the property, but it's literally right across the street; you see the water and dock from your front door. Simple, clean, great a/c, comfy. Only issue was with Expedia--the site went down, no reason given, and I was unable to access the door code when we first tried to check-in. 'Clean space and exactly what we needed. The host did an excellent job maintaining the property and making guests feel welcome. The neighborhood may not be the most upscale, but the home itself felt very safe, clean, and comfortable. I’d gladly stay again. Bed was very comfortable! '

'Very clean. Colleen was very sweet and will wash your dishes since there’s not a sink in the kitchenette. She lives in the main part of the house. There is only an air fryer, microwave and electric skillet in the closet. She will take care of anything you need. Can’t beat the price. And the pool is kept clean. '

'Comfortable, tasteful and clean. It even had a small shaded patio to relax and read. In case you have no car, you can ride the pleasant bus straight to downtown, both classy and artistic spots with all types of restaurants. Plus a beautiful harbour. We will come again! '
