'Check in was a struggle. We arrived early and was able to access the beach at the Litchfield beach club. We didn’t receive the 4 pm check in call and our unit didn’t become available until 7pm.The condo was perfect for our 6 person family and its location from the beach was convenient. The beach was quiet and plenty of space. The pool right outside our condo was nice and larger pool was also nice. The condo was well decorated and was as advertised. It accommodated all of our needs. We woild rent...

'five stars for sure. It was easy to feel at home from the minute you opened the door. It was relaxed, open floor plan and had all the kitchen stuff you'd want. We are coffee snobs so we brought our own but that's just us. Maybe a list of fav restaurants would be handy, but we loved Frank's so we already knew. The porches were our go-to for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Terrific.'

'A wonderful spot on the lake. Peace and quiet. I gave the check in 5 stars because we checked in mid week and we were the only ones checking in. One a weekend, we have seen long lines out of the door. The 4 stars for cleanliness is because the porch furniture was not clean. Not a deal breaker though. Everything else was spotless..We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. '

'Loved the value for the price, the size of the villa, the furnishings that allowed us to spread out. Wasn't the unit pictured in the photo but worked out fine. Some confusion at check-in, unit wasn't ready at 4pm check-in time and they didn't have our paperwork completed from the day before, so we had to wait a while.'

'View was breathtaking over the marsh. Easy check in and easy check out. Good communication thru vrbo with rental company. Beautiful and plenty of room inside. The only disappointment was that you aren’t able to use the Heron Marsh pool which is super close. You do have access to the main pool and indoor pool though but they aren’t a close walk. All in all, very good rental. '
