'Facilities could use a little upgrading. Bed seemed more like a standard size as opposed to a queen size. It wasn’t ideal for two adults. Some floor tiles are moving. Elevators could use some work. Parking can be difficult during major events in Miami.'

'This is a great place to stay if you are on a budget and wanted to be within walking distance to the beach. The Lake Worth Pier is nearby for some early morning (or throughout the day) fishing. There walking paths both on the beach and along the main road if you like adventuring. The building and room were a little outdated, but the room was very large and could easily accommodate a small family with full kitchen and on-site swimming pool. 'Our overall experience at this location was very good. The room had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to laundry appliances and it’s close by multiple food outlets/ restaurants. This made our stay in Wynwood very comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend here to stay if you plan to visit Wynwood.'
