'We really like the size of the room and the lay out, it was pretty clean on the surface. We loved our view and the patio looking out at the ocean. The hotel was a nice size and parking although expensive was user friendly. Everyone was very friendly. What we didn't like was the mold around the bathtub and on the tile floor grout. After the cleaning crew cleaned we had to ask them to come back and vacuum because there was sand all over the carpet. For what we paid this was not good. The towels...

'Booked this hotel on Expedia when I got there. Came to know that the hotel is just booked not charged I specially specified 6 people but the room was very small and the hotel eas not cooperating to give extra bed or do something the tv in lounge was not working the hotel lobby staff was very helpful but it was not in there hand'

'Sales team sold a concert in the property and guests couldn’t sleep until midnight because the entire hotel was shaking. I have texts that one will be refund and when I did the check out I was told to call Expedia because you are the third party and you will refund the night. First time I have such a terrible stay there n a Hilton. Also, an elevator broke, water in the pool was not clean (too many people), hot tub was not clean. The ladies at the front desk were nice specially Lorena.'
