'Het is niet goedkoop maar het is een prachtig hotel met mooie kamers en een super leuk zwempark. Wij komen hier echter niet meer terug. Het hotel was enorm druk waardoor het best een chaos is overal. Personeel doet zijn best maar echt bij alles moet je lang wachten, bij inchecken, voordat je koffers op je kamer zijn, bij uitchecken, bij de valet parking etc. Daarbij betaal je voor alles veel extra. Er is geen mini bar op de kamer. Dat vind ik voor de prijs die je betaald vreemd. Verder hebben...

'Prijs eten erg duur (niks bijzonders). Kamers zijn wel schoon zwarte verf laat los van de kranen, douche straal is zacht, personeel erg vriendelijk. Ze doen als een heel sjiek hotel voor maar de Eden Roc/Nobu hotel zitten in één gebouw.'

'The hotel is very nice and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff are very nice and helpful. I like the beach and the pool. Also, I had 2 hour free bikes per day. That was fun. I stayed for 6 days with my child. The only downside is the pots and pans are giving upon request and they aren't in good condition. They are really scratched so I had to buy some. 'Wonderful property and right in the middle of all the action in South Beach. Awesome they had two pools, one in courtyard then an amazing rooftop pool with incredible views! Bathrooms were nice and clean up on rooftop too! Only complaint would be room was pretty hot even with AC, just can’t seem to cool the room enough. Not sure if that’s extremely common for Miami since it’s so how they can’t keep up or what, but that was the same at another hotel we stayed downtown last year. Other than that,...

'Unfortunately people can smoke almost everywhere in the hotel so it’s not pleasant for non smokers. The staff at the bar and grill at the pool were very rude and difficult. The rooms were very big and beautiful but our sheets were ripped upon arrival, we called to have them replace the sheets and they would send somebody but nobody came. We also asked to change the sheets the next day when the roomservice came by, they just made the bed with the same sheets again.'
