'Het hotel Best West Landownse in Eastbourne was makkelijke te vinden aan de mooie boulevard van Eastbourne. Een prachtig uitzicht op het strand en de zee als je aan de voorkant van het hotel staat.
Voor een redelijk groot hotel doet het erg huiselijk aan. Er zijn meerdere (openbare)ruimtes waar je met de andere gasten kunt praten, een krant lezen, en als je dat wilt, gewoon genieten van de sfeer.
De service in het hotel is heel goed, en het personeeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'
