'The property is beautiful, extremely well maintained and the amenities are endless. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool / hot tub are wonderful with great hours for someone who is staying at the hotel on business. Same with the room service which is 24 hours. All the restaurants/cafes had delicious food. All in all I would give the Fairmont Austin a perfect 10! '

'The property was elegant, comfortable clean. It has a great pool that is both indoor and outdoor. The staff were great both friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the internet did not work the whole time I was there, despite reporting it to the front desk. The TV was also too soft to hear most dialogue. But the beds were comfortable and it was resonable and suites the purpose for being there for a race at Cota which was not far away. Tge breakfast was limited and aquality was good but...

'Liked the room, the views, the patio for drinks by the bar, food was good. Didn’t like how loud the lobby bar was- you could not hear the clerks at the desk. You had to shout. That’s not professional. Also didn’t like the tiny balcony outside the room- felt very unsafe and things could fall easily.'
