'My husband and I stayed here for a quick get away. The home has an electric fireplace that adds another level of coziness. The personal hot tub is also easy to use. We are 5 mins away from downtown Wimberly, by car. The staff left candies and a candle as a keepsake. Nice touches and we enjoyed our stay. The stove is an electric stove but functional. Just fyi if you're planning on cooking a big meal. It might be a challenge. '

'Overall a very nice property with privacy and quiet for two people. Only issue was there were not any comfortable chairs to set on. The two chairs with the table did not have cushions and they were hard. No other chairs in the cottage. Some cushions would help for sure. But otherwise was a great place to stay.'

'This is my 4th time staying in the cottage! So peaceful and wonderful as usual! Only had an issue with the keypad and was remedied with the spare key, and the string lights shorted out and need some attention! Overall, such a relaxing stay with everything you could need! '

'Beautiful property. Very clean, everything you need for a short or long stay. Only have two small complaints....sooooo dark. Once the sun goes down, it is so dark there. I would highly suggest some solar motion lights. The second is the washer and dryer. There is NOT a washer and dryer in the small guest house...you have to walk through the backyard of the main house and do around the corner and up the stairs to use the washer and dryer. Oh and also....they need to put shades or curtains...

'Quiet and clean stay. The tiny home had all we needed. We loved that it was quiet and enjoyed the nature (deer, fox, horses, birds) around us. Great stay for my daughter and me. Owners are personable and relaxed. '

'We came to Canyon Lake for a wedding and this property was perfectly located to a lot of hot spots. It’s a cute spot. My only mild complaints were they could stand to replace the mattress (it’s very noisy and uncomfortable) and the shower pressure is extremely low. It made washing your hair quite difficult. '
