'The property was as advertised. Clean, quiet and a great getaway. It is centrally located to Fredericksburg, Dripping Springs, Wemberley all the biggies. A perfect place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.'

'First thing that needs emphasizing is the setting. Cottage backs onto a beautiful wooded area with creek just to the left of the property (state of dryness meant just a pool of water right behind but that did t take away from the enjoyment at all). Second, the house is a quaint cottage with emphasis on both its quaintness and it being a cottage. We loved it. Decor and furnishings were comfortable… beds, bedding and towels… all high quality and yes…comfortable. Home is elevated above forest floor...

'I always taking my own cleaning supplies and clean rooms before my family stays anywhere. The sunflower cottage was very clean and I only found one hair - I was so impressed. It was spacious enough for what we needed and was so quaint and tucked back in a safe and quiet area. We will definitely be staying again. The only surprise was being able to hear every word from the guests below us. Aside from that, everything was perfect. The pool and playground were wonderful. The working was fabulous....
